Thus, a business person believes that the lawyer should be paying him for all his on-the-job entrepreneurial training. I must tell you as an entrepreneur myself this is how I often felt.

If you’re paying someone $ 300-$ 600 per hour to think and help you get through important decisions, you’d hope that they know and understand how your businesses actually works, but often attorneys have never had to make a paycheck, and thus, entrepreneurs and business people do not find very much common ground. Indeed, business people often tell lawyer jokes and they despise every single lawyer except theirs. Funny how that little bit of hypocrisy works isn’t it? Please consider all this.
